With the specs identical, this is a size-and-space call. The 13 HD is about $1,899; the 16 HD is about $2,499, so the larger model costs roughly $600 more. The 16 HD gives more usable length for tricks and for more than one jumper, but it also needs more clear yard space, so measure before committing to the bigger frame.
