What matters most
The only change is the springs. The standard 16 HD is about $2,499; the Pro is about $2,999, and that roughly $500 buys the Performance spring set, which gives a firmer, more even rebound. Everything else matches: a 10-year frame, 5 years on the mat and springs, 2 on the pads, and ACON's recommended 300 lb per jumper. For casual backyard use the difference is hard to justify; for kids training on flips and tricks who will notice the bounce quality, the Pro upgrade is the reason to spend more.
